We Are A Charity
Caring Hair registered Charity - Number: 11455258.Cancer Hair Care is one of the services run by our charity Caring Hair. Our services are delivered to you with expert knowledge, care and sensitivity.
As well as running this free supportive information Website we do lots of other things, such as running 'Hair Care Support Units' and clinics in hospitals, we offer support and education to other charities such as ‘Breast Cancer Care’ who we provide advance training skills for their hair loss services. We provide special workshops for ‘Teenage Cancer Trust’ hospital units called ‘Gigs and Wigs’, we provide a huge number of free head scarves, wig services, new hair growth advice, cuts and colours and so on. We even provide a recycling project for wigs and scarves called "Twice as Nice project". We also fundraise and provide education to hairdressers and health workers.
If you are one of our lovely patients we hope that this Cancer Hair Care website will help support you. The wonderful thing about a Website is that it allows information to be shared and made available for free in the privacy and comfort of your own home. We really care about your hair care and decided to start this Website in the hope that it is one small way of helping you to feel good about your new look.

Our Aim
Is to offer you professional, caring and helpful advice on a broad range of specialist cancer related hair care subjects. This way you will be well informed of what is available to you and where to go for help so that making decisions about your hair care is made a bit easier.Support Network
There are many caring experts who can offer you hair care services. Some of which you may be familiar with and others you probably never knew existed. Meet Jasmin Julia Gupta pictured here above outside No 10 with her MP. Jasmin was invited to meet The Prime minister in recognition of her caring work.…“When a 43 year old looks you in the eye and says “I feel terribly guilty because I have cancer and I’m more worried about losing my hair than having treatment”, you suddenly realise that the information you can offer is potentially life changing advice.
As a hairdresser, and now the founder the charity Caring Hair I am so proud to provide the Cancer Hair Care service, to share the knowledge that I am so fortunate to have gained, means that I can give something back to the customers and hair industry that I love so much.

As well as advice for cancer patients we endeavour to offer support to anyone who is concerned about hair care & appearance issues. We are currently creating a support website that will offer you free expert advice about a number of hair loss and appearance problems.
